Thank you for shopping with Derrick Brown Music! We are committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and available shipping options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you by email. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your package has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Derrick Brown Music is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package and product so we can review the situation.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may vary by destination. Any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
